We typically require at least 10 hectares of flat or gently sloping ground, which is ideally sited on the top of a plateau type formation in order to reduce visual impact, with power transmission lines crossing your land nearby.
The site must be reasonably well drained, with no major known archaeology or monument nearby, and not within a zone with any designated environmental protection.
We also require reasonable access to the site.
